Who do I contact for a Warranty Claim?

Simplifi honors a 12 month (1 year) Warranty on all mechanical items.  This does not cover damage to the device by improper use, dropping, environmental or other usage that would be considered outside of normal wear and tear.

  • IMEI # -  found on the back of the unit
  • Where you purchased the device - provide company and contact if applicable
