What it the RMA process for a defective Unit? / I want to return a defective unit.

Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s) are carried out through our local distribution and sales channel members.  While we can’t speak to all RMA and policy’s of our partners, we do offer Manufacturing returns.


In order to submit a return claim, please submit a email to RMA@simplifi.io  for consideration.  Please include the below information

  • Model # - found on the back of the unit
  • IMEI – found on the back of the unit
  • Where you purchased the device – provide company and contact if applicable
  • Reason for return – describe your issue
  • Contact Info – Phone number and email address for response
