Simplifi Contact (Scout) - Echo/Background noise on Scout app
If you are hearing a echo or other background noise on your softphone please try the following;1. Access your audio settings within the Softphone app
- Turn off "Noise Suppression Softphone"
- Turn off "Automatic Gain Control"
Save and exit.
