What do I do if I forgot my password for my Simplifi Connect Router?

If you don't remember your password, you have a couple of options.  

  • Talk with your IT manager about resetting your device of see if they remember the password
  • Send a email to support@simplifi.io including; 
    • Device IMEI number
    • Previous password if you remember it
    • Current or previous WiFi Network name
    • Where you purchased your device
  • Call 239-919-8551 x2 with the above information during normal business hours 
** in order for us to reset or remember your password, the device must be active and plugged into a power source.
