If you don't remember your password, you have a couple of options.
- Talk with your IT manager about resetting your device of see if they remember the password
- Send a email to support@simplifi.io including;
- Device IMEI number
- Previous password if you remember it
- Current or previous WiFi Network name
- Where you purchased your device
- Call 239-919-8551 x2 with the above information during normal business hours
