Simplifi Contact - Changing Ringtones for Contacts in Yealink T Series Phones

This feature is useful for having separate ringtones that differentiate internal and external calls to your Yealink phone.

From your Yealink desk phone:

• Press the Menu button
• Select Directory > Company Directory
  • You may need to select Company Directory a 2nd time (if prompted)
• Scroll to the user that you would like to add a custom ringtone to, then press Option
• Scroll to Add to Contacts and press OK
• Scroll down to highlight the Ring section, then use the left and right arrows to select the prefered ringtone.
• Press Save
