Ensure you are connected to the device either via LAN (Ethernet cord) directly to the device or connected to the device via WiFi.
- The GUI will only work if you are connected Simplifi network itself
- If you previously enabled IP Pass-through or unsure, please try 192.168.2.1 in your internet browser
- Clear your browser cache
- The Web GUI is best used with Safari, Chrome or Firefox, we have had issues with the Edge browser
