Instructions below show how to enable and disable the DND function of your Yealink desk phone.
DO NOT DISTURB (DND)
Rejects incoming calls automatically if no other devices share the number. Callers can be forwarded to voicemail when DND is enabled.
- Select the button that is under DND on your phone display.
- A DND icon will display at the top of the screen.
- Press the button under DND to toggle the feature on or off.
NOTE:
If DND is enabled, calls will not ring on your device, but will still allow you to make outbound calls.
If your user/extension has other assigned devices, those devices will still ring unless they too are set for DND
