The below steps show how to log all SIP traffic when requested by technical support.
- Open Simplifi Scout
- Navigate to the Keypad page (dialer)
- Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner
- Go to Preferences
- Turn on "Log SIP Traffic"
- Click Done
