How do I login into the Simplifi Portal & setup two factor authentication
To Access the Simplifi Portal to monitor and manage your devices, please follow the below instructions:
- Reach out to your reseller or account rep for access
- If you don’t have access to a reseller, email support@simplifi.io with your IMEI number
- Receive a email with your invitation link
- Please check your spam folders
- Create your password
- Password must be 8-32 characters in length
- One lowercase and Upper case letters
- At least one number
- At least one symbol
- Sign into your portal instance using the provided email and created password
- Setup 2 Factor Authentication (mandatory requirement)
- Step 1
- Open an authenticator app such as
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator.
- Use the camera on your phone to scan the QR code displayed above to link your account.
- If your unable to use the authentication app, copy your token key and be prepared to paste this at every login instance
- Open an authenticator app such as

- account, your app will generate a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter that code below to complete the setup.
- Your all set and now have access to the portal

Keep in mind, that your device may include a one year access to the portal at no cost. Continuation of service beyond that first year would require a subscription that can be purchased through your reseller.
