How do I login into the Simplifi Portal & setup two factor authentication

To Access the Simplifi Portal to monitor and manage your devices, please follow the below instructions:

1. Reach out to your reseller or account rep for access
   1. If you don’t have access to a reseller, email support@simplifi.io with your IMEI number
2. Receive a email with your invitation link
   1. Please check your spam folders
3. Create your password
   1. Password must be 8-32 characters in length
   2. One lowercase and Upper case letters
   3. At least one number
   4. At least one symbol
4. Sign into your portal instance using the provided email and created password
5. Setup 2 Factor Authentication (mandatory requirement)
   1. Step 1
      1. Open an authenticator app such as
         1. Google Authenticator
         2. Microsoft Authenticator.
         3. 
      2. Use the camera on your phone to scan the QR code displayed above to link your account.
      3. If your unable to use the authentication app, copy your token key and be prepared to paste this at every login instance
   2. Step 2
      1. account, your app will generate a 6-digit verification code.
      2. Enter that code below to complete the setup.
   3. Your all set and now have access to the portal

Keep in mind, that your device may include a one year access to the portal at no cost. Continuation of service beyond that first year would require a subscription that can be purchased through your reseller.
