How do I check if I am connected using LTE and/or what band I am using?

To find out your carrier information you are using.
Log into the GUI and check your carrier settings

  1. Ensure you are connected to the Simplifi device either via WiFi or LAN cable
  2. Open a internet browser and enter 192.168.10.1 or in the event this doesn’t work, you can enter 192.168.2.1 which will work on either WiFi or LAN connection
    1. Username - Simplifi
    2. Password - found on the back of your device or on the label found on the packaging box
  3. Click Login
  4. On the main “Status” page, look under “Cellular Status” for the Carrier information. 

The “Mode” is where you can find what method of connection your using, LTE, GSM, etc.  The “Band” offers is where you can refer to what carrier band you are operating within.
