Call Center Agent Codes

Star (*) codes used to log a call center agent in and, or set to away or ready to take calls.

*60 - Agent Login: This code logs in the agent into the call center
*61 - Set Ready: This code toggles the agent into ready status so they may start receiving calls
*62 - Agent Logout: This code logs the agent out of the call center
*63 - Set Away: This code toggles the agent into away status so they stop receiving calls, but are still logged in
