We recommend and fully support Yealink products due to their feature set, ease of use and technology. Simplifi Contact will work with most any IP based phone. All phones provided by Simplifi will arrive fully provisioned for a plug and play experience.
We will support other phones and devices to an extent. These are limited to phone features and feature setup within the Simplifi Contact environment. These will be treated in a case by case basis, please check with your sales or solutions expert for additional information.
