What is a IVR (Interactive Voice Response)?

An IVR is an Interactive Voice Response and is typically an automated call flow message advising the caller what buttons to press for what actions.  For example, a user dials a number and you hear a pre-recorded message "thank you for calling ABC company, our hours are xx to xx, please press X for sales, X for Support and XX to be transferred to the front desk."

You can setup as many IVR's as you'd like on Simplifi Contact and can set them according to different rules, hours or instances.
