Simplifi Contact - Call Transfer on Yealink DECT Cordless Handset

You may transfer an active call to any other phone number. 

There are two transfer options:
• Direct transfer— Transferring a call without talking to the called party
• Consultative (Attended) transfer— Transferring a call after talking to the called party.

To transfer a call, press the Tran button or Options then Transfer during an active call. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to, then press the  Options  soft key that appears. Choose Direct or Consultative from the list. Your call will be transferred as indicated by your selection.
