How do I factory Reset my device?

If your device isn’t working as it should after different configurations or before other configurations are made, it’s a good idea to factory reset your device.  By doing so, you will return your device to the factory settings and roll back any changes that have been made other than the firmware level.  Once your device is reset, you will need to login to the SSID and GUI using the password found on the back of the label or the box itself.
There are two options to factory resetting your device.

  1. While the device is plugged in, gently insert a slim object into the Reset hole adjacent to the SIM card slot.  Hold pressure on the object for a period of 10 seconds.  Your device will power cycle which can be indicated by the Green / Red / Green lights at which time you can remove the slim object.
  2. Ensure you are connected to the Simplifi device either via WiFi or LAN cable
    1. Open a internet browser and enter 192.168.10.1 or in the event this doesn’t work, you can enter 192.168.2.1 which will work on either WiFi or LAN connection
